Topic: Rane sl 4 support - Has anyone done this successfully?

Hello... First post. ;)

I just purchased the new rane sl4. It works as one would expect with serato however I can't get it to work with Virtual dj. I have tried on windows 7 x86 and on windows 7 x64.

It comes with asio drivers, and rane claims that the asio driver should allow for it's usage on other dj apps other then serato.

I am able to choose Rane sl4 asio driver from vdj configuration however I don't get any signal in Timecode config.

Has anyone been successful getting the new rane sl4 controller to work with vdj?

Is your box set up to 48k or 96k. I'm finding that Virtual DJ doesn't support 96k devices but they should have no issue with 48k devices.
 
Hi,

Same as, have the box on 48 and it works fine. Just need VDJ to sort the advance soundcard setup and we'll be well away.....
 
So can you run 2 laptops running VDJ with the box?? Or is that feature locked for serato? Kind of a deal breaker for me if it can't.

Can anybody confirm if your able to hook up 2 laptops and run VDJ with 4 turntables with this box??
