Hey guys,
I dj in El Paso, Texas, weather is nice and sunny 300 days out of the year so I do a lot of outdoor parties, and bar/club gigs on the patios. Recently, I've learned that on colder nights, the crossfader rapidly jumps on my PC without warning. The EQ levels will do the same thing, sometimes even multiple volumes all at once. To correct it, I've got to twist the volumes physically (sometimes even crazier than the problem) on my NS7 to get the response back and put it where it should be.. It's an issue to say the least. the mix sounds terrible and as we all know, sometimes spinning club music is all about dropping and kicking up volumes with great timing..
So here are my questions:
Has anyone else experienced this ?
Do you think it's the NS7's issue or the laptop's ?
I am very close to buying to Macbook Pro because I'm so frustrated with this.
Thanks in advance to any and all that respond.
