i need a help please ....
i bought hercules dj trim 4&6 yesterday. I installed driver as it was mentioned in manual and got my mixer and turntables connected. Now, there is no signal coming from 3/4 output and therefore i can't control deck B in VDj software by timcode-vinyl. Additionally, on the other deck where signal is 100%, the loaded song keeps moving back and forth by itself, even when turntable is stopped.... i'm so screwed. this piece of sh.. worths nothing
anybody has any clue to help me fixing this problem
cheers

Make sure the sound settings are correct.
In sound setup select "External Mixer" with the DJ Trim as your soundcard. Make sure you select 2 timecodes under inputs, if it's set to one, it won't read anything from the second deck.

thanks .. i've set evrything like you said and yet can't read anything from 2nd deck !! i've also tried other brands of vinyl-timecode like serato but it didn't work... i think the interface is faulty.

hey buddy i have the deejay trim... its a great piece of kit.... i just used it as a sound card with controller and had my controller through the back as a usb connetion... the only thing i can think is that you have conflicting drivers.. try unistalling the trim and make sure you have an ASIO driver for it to work and head on to their website and get latest drivers that shud do the trick. and make sure you allocate one usb port for the trim and never change from that port..

believe me mate i've done all that and the result is still negative. I guess the only option left is to return the interface back and have it replaced. Anyways, thanks alot mate :)

sometime i have signal though !! i can see it through the VU Meter selector BUT its a jerky signal. it isn't stable and keeps flipping up and down and therefore the song can't be controlled. The weirdest thing was deck B on the software was moving but the song wasn't !!! i'm just sick of it

Regarding Deck 3/4
Before launching VDJ, go the DJ control panel and be sure that:
- You are set to 4/4 mode
- Select ASIO mode, and in the ASIO tab, make sure that SAMPLE SIZE is set to 16 Bit
Regarding timecode configuration:
I would recommend reading the manual, if you haven't already

Most importantly, be sure to increase the center silence zone so that when the record is stopped,
