Topic: Where is DJ Console 4 MX Control Panel ???

Hi Guys:

I just bought a new DJ Console 4-Mx and the console control does not work with VirtualDJ 7 LE that came with it, except for a few controls such as the crossfader and master volume. There is an instruction on Hercules site that said I should access the control panel in the software interface to change from MIDI some channels but I can't find the control panel in question.. I can see other features including config. But where the heck is 4MX DJ CONTROL PANEL??

you should have gotten a cd with the 4mx controller...has the VDJ Le 7 on it PLUS the 4MX controller panel...put in the disk an install the program :)
 
If you are on PC:

- The control panel should be visible in Windows Notification Area (near the clock).

As sometime not all icons are shown, click the Show hidden icons button to temporarily display the hidden icons.

- You can also access the DJ control panel via Windows Control Panel (click View By: Large icon)


If you are on MAC:

- The control panel should appear on the desktop

- It can also be accessed in Applications > Hercules DJ Series > 4-Mx > Control panel
 
Hello,

In Windows 7, you must authorize the icons displayed in the taskbar: as long as you have not authorized it, 4-Mx control panel icon won't be visible in the taskbar.
