Hi,
Is it posible to assign a color code or flag color to each desired song in your browser, for a dj to mark a song based on how they are pesonally rated.
Using the rating takes up useful space.
Red Flag - track has been played
eg - Green - Hot / Hit, must play songs
Orange - Good / Ok songs, not so hot but can rock a party
Blue - Special occasion songs
White - No hit, rearly played. Can be used for early segments of a party.
Maybe this can added to the next patch issued.
Thanks

PS,
if thats your real DJ name then it will cost you bookings, also you aught to be made to change your screen name on here.
Are you a radical extremist or something? why would you want a name like that?

Anwsering to the primary post, i must say that colors would never be enough to help you sort files according to any criteria.
On the contrary VDJ7, offers you 3 new browser fileds. Rating, Field1 and Field2. Now adding to those, comment, genre, plus the possibility to use the Super Duper Nested Filter and Favorite Folders, ........ do you still want to use colors???????????

there is a free program called rainbow folders. with it you can change folder colors outside of vdj but they show up in vdj browser

I can see the benefit of this...it is easier to spot a row of coloured text than having to have a column with stars...sounds very similiar to Rekordbox on the Pioneers...
