VDJ in windows XP, There are many plug-ins，But in the "mac" which is rarely，I really need these plug-ins， how to solve?
I need a lot of video plug-in，For example: RGB-Filter-auto......

As has been discussed plenty of times in these forums the only way is for the plugin author to convert the plugin for use on a Mac. In the case of video plugins this is not trivial since they are two entirely different APIs.
