Topic: Windows 7 & vestax spin directx sound driver error... please help

i just purchased a brand new laptop running windows 7 and when i set up my vestax spin by sellecting 4.1 sound card and the output as speakers (spin) "the same way i do on my imac
i get an error saying error in the sound driver (directx/wdm) how can i fix this... please help

can I my spin op my winows xp driver connect?
 
The Vestax Spin does not have its own ASIO driver. If you wish to use the sound card in the Spin, you will need to use ASIO4ALL - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/cioce/blogs/3832/_ENG__Vestax_VCI-300_Typhoon_Spin_audio_setup_on_Virtual_DJ_6.html

The Spin is natively supported as a MIDI controller in the latest VirtualDJ Pro v7.0.2 - You can try it for 10 minutes at a time in Home FREE: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html

I just bought a imexx sound card to work with my VDJ 7.03 I could mix with it after setting up
shout went to sleep and come back and it is saying sound card directx/wdm error.Tomorrow i have
dj show down and i can not mix .What must i do any one with the answer
