Topic: Color Coded Cue/Mix Markers

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

It would be awesome to have a few more cue points with the ability to assign it a color to more quickly identify it's marker point. ie. White for cue points and yellow (etc...) for mix out markers. OR when you add a cue point you can select it's purpose cue marker or mix marker.

Maybe we could have 3 cue point markers and 3 mix point markers, doesn't Serato have something like this already?

ther vinyl scratch variations skin has 5 cue points u can use, which i find very handy

It would help tremendously when looking at a track and being able to know instantly which are the outro , into points etc.
 
there is some skin in youtube that have what you want
 
+1. doesn't have to do with the skins guys, it has to do with the functionality. this makes sense, really handy for people that prepare sets. i personally use cues for important parts and the part im going to start mixing out on. being able to tell the two apart would be really handy

I know this is a really old topic and I apologize for resurrecting it, but do any of the VDJ staff know if this will be in the V8?
 
 
I dont know how I have almost 10 cue point and love it.. now to make it so I can read what each point is maybe on a skin? loaded for each song.. its hard to tell even with the names..
