It seems my BCD2000 is now not recognized by vdj 6.0.7. Any ideas on how to fix this? I still dont see what was wrong with the click and map functions there used to be in vdj5. Ableton and other software seems very easy to map. You dont have to write any ridiculous vdjscript. Can I get help with this issue please?

What ? VDJScript is so easy as cooking a cup of tea or drinking a beer ;-))
If a button should be used as 'play button' then use the 'play' action. Stop Button is 'stop', Pitch Fader is 'pitch'.
Not really complicated ;-))
BTW, there is no need for a mapper because the controller is natively supported by VDJ. Not shure if there is a need for a driver from Behringer to use the controller.
Do you use 32 Bit OS ? I'm not shure but i think i read something about uncompatibility with 64 Bit OS at the Homepage of Behringer. (Not shure about that)
Also there is a mapper in the download section: https://www.virtualdj.com/addons/8710/Behringer_BCD2000_Def___Mapper.html

Yes I have tried all of this and my device is still not being recognized by vdj. Ableton and other software recognize if properly but not vdj. I am getting stuck on this.
I have tried the following:
Installed the behringer drivers
Put the BCD2000 mappers in the right place
When clicking on the 'rescan for new devices' I only get keyboard!! What is going on!

Start with removing the mappers you have installed. VDJ should recognize your device by itself because it is nativly supported.

I use the BCD2000, the only thing I do is turn the computer on followed by the BCD2000.
I do not have the BCD2000 turned on before the laptop.
The only thing is I use XP pro.

I was wondering what the best latency settings are the correct ones to use with the Behringer BCD2000? I noticed that whenever I try to move the pitch, it does not pick up the change right away.
I have my settings for auto, but I wondering if I need to change them, can I get some help on this issue?

Always Turn On BCD First, Try to conect in another USB Port (Very Important, with Windows 7 only work in 1 USB Port, with my notebook (i don't know Why)), Turn Off Wi-Fi, Reinstall Drivers, VDJ. check If "Use MIDI Devices" is active.

Justo to remember, there are restrictions with BCD-2000 drivers and Windows Vista and 7.
Maybe you are wrongly focusing mappers and VDJ Script issues.

After fighting some hours with a similar problem I've finally found the SOLUTION for the not recognized BCD2000 in VirtualDJ & Windows 7.
You have to do the next steps:
(the first part is only necessary if you have installed the BCD2000 previously)
- connect the BCD2000 with the USB cable and power it on.
- go to the Devide Manager (My PC, right button, Administrate, Device Manager)
- uninstall the the BCD2000 and BCD2000WDM drivers you'll find in Audio devices.
- delete bcd2000.inf and bcd2000wdm.inf from c:\WINDOWS\system32 if you find it there.
- go to Task Administrator > Process and order by Name. Kill any bdj.exe o bcd2kcpan.exe (BCD2000 Control Panel) process you find, ending process tree.
- Reboot
(In this moment we have the PC cleaned of any previous wrong installation)
- run BCD2000-driver-setup-1-1-1-0.exe in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode and administrator mode (with right button option over the file .exe). Run it again after the first drive installation, for the second drive installation, if it would be necessary. Accept the security restrictions when the system alert you.
- search bcd2kcpan.exe in C:\ and modify the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2 and administrator mode for his execution.
- Reboot.
- Connect the BCD2000 with the USB cable. Power it on.
- Open de Device Administrator and confirm you find BCD2000 v 1.1.1.0 and BCD2000WDM v 1.1.1.0 in Audio devices.
- Reinstall BCD2000WDM with the old version v1.0.0.6 (-ONLY THIS ONE).
- Reboot
- Connect the BCD2000 with the USB cable, power it on and execute VirtualDJ with the BCD ASIO device in Configuration, as usual.
I hope this could help you. :-)
