Hi guyss,would be great if anybody can help me!!!

well i just bought the m-audio torq conectiv and i'm tryin to make it work with my VDJ 6.

I installed the drivers and all but wen it comes to configure the timecode,it doesn't work????
i downloaded the free vdj timecode cds since i own a pair of stanton c.324.
Can anyone send me the right configuration please???

wat my vdj is doing is that both turntables on the software keeps turning non stop???

but i reckon it might be a latency problem but please help guys???

Hey... I am having similar issues getting VDJ to work with Connectiv/Torq Vinyl but, maybe we can help each other out.

Here is my setup...

Mac Book running 10.5.8
M-Audio Connectiv (this is set up as the input and output device through my sounds control panel as well as VDJ)
2- Techniques 1200's
1- Vestax Mixer
Torq Vinyl


The problem I have is with getting the audio to play correctly. I can get signals from the Vinyl but, there seems to be something going on with the timecoding. I found some info on this below that seemed helpful.

I haven't tried to apply any of the info just yet but will try later on tonight and will let you know.

Yes. I got it working!!!


I used the "mixvibes dvs v2" setting with the Torq vinyl and then used the timecode debug feature to fine tune and it worked.
Although my time code visual of the green circle is not as clean as some of the screen shots I've viewed from others.

Another trick I found helpful was when you are in the CONFIG mode and have the "Settings" window open, going to the "INFO" tab allows you to "reset to factory settings". This is very helpful when you are continually playing with the settings.

Once you get it working I advise "saving the setting"

I tried several times to use the "torq" setting but it does not work with the torq vinyl.

I'll post screenshots of my timecode view later.

I NEED SOMEONE WHO'S USING THE TORQ CONECTIV AND CDJS + VIRTUAL DJ TIMECODED CDS????

Hey guys,i was able to get my right cdj working perfectly but the problem is the left one is goin like CRAZY!!!
Cant even control it?????
