Topic: Pro version trial for 20 days, but only got 5... WHAT??

Hello my new virtual friends, fellowDjs, just yesterday I received my brand new HERCULES RMX!!!! loving it, but..... after I installed everything in my PC, came here, registered, and click on the button that says, to try out the PRO version free for 20 days, did it and it says I have 5 days left..!!! WT...??? can somebody tell me what did I do wrong?

If you had a previous version of the software on your computer you will be given 5 days instead of 20.

just buy the Basic version... it not that much!

If you had a previous trial of 20 days plus now you get another 5 days, whats not fair? Also.. if you have the RMX we offer a 149 dollar upgrade to pro :)
 
Incidently, why oh why is the Trial version numbered 6.0.6????

I'm having a massive argument with a friend of mine over the version number. I keep telling him, I'm on here every day and know that you cannot buy a version 6.0.6, he insists you can and that because I'm running version 6.0.5 he says I'm not running the latest version, all because of numbering the Trial New Year Edition 6.0.6. Grrrrrrrrrrr
 
Ive got the basic edition running on the RMX... VDJ5LE. it came with it. (or am i missing sumat?)

6.06 was a special release to include the netsearch option for trial users, nothing else.

There is and will be no 6.06 pro release.
The next pro version will be 6.07.
 
Thanks Rick, yeh I knew that about the special release and told him. Gonna print that out and show him tomorrow night. He's been arguing with me for a month about this, he even told me I was being a dick today and hung up the phone on me!

He is the guy who got me into DJing 33 years ago, been friends for around 40 years.
