Topic: Native support for DJTech's Imix Reload MKII

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi guys,

I purchased DJTech's Imix Reload a couple of mths back, and tried to map it myself from scratch (Creating definition file etc). All this was new to me and unfortunately I haven't been able to have it work properly yet. My touch sensitive jogwheels and my browser knob dont work as they should.

I emailed the staff from DJTech and they told me that they have sent the controllers to VDJ Staff, so I'd like to know whether this controller will be natively supported by VDJ anytime soon? Im really really looking forward to having full functionality. Appreciate a reply from a staff member pls. Thanks a bunch!

Yes ... we are working on the entire DJ-Tech line - I-Mix, I-Mix Reload, I-Mix Reload MKII and the Kontrol One

Awesome! Thanks for the very prompt reply.

Will I have to wait for the next software update or will I be able to download the mapper from the plugins page? In your opinion how long do u think it'd take? Sorry to sound pushy, just wanna know if it will be out within the next few weeks. Have quite a few gigs lined up for Dec. wouldnt want to use my imix reload unless its completely functional. Thanks so much for ure help once again.

They will most likely be available for download from the Tools download area.

Hi Djsonance, once it is available, i will tell you..my friend;)

Where did you buy the DJ tech controller from? Sim lim or sinamex etc??

Regards;)

Hey SpinnaJ. Thanks so much.

I bought it from the Hawko shop in Sim Lim Square. Had a friend working there. He asked me to drop by to check out a new controller that came in. Went down liked it, bought it. haha. Didnt even stop to think that I'd have to map it myself.

Btw, do u use vinyl? They recently brought in the new LV/Gucci serato vinyl. looks pretty good. Got two of them. check this out

Hey guys, any news yet on when the mapper will be released? :D

Looks like the mapper is released on the tools page. I'm trying to find some feedback on if it works well.. Anyone?
