Topic: M-Audio FireWire Solo Mobile Audio Interface question!

A dj friend of mine picked this up to use with VDJ. I played around with the thing & could not get the damn thing to work at all and frankly think it won't work as they told her it would. Am I right on this or is there a secret to hooking this thing up that I don't know? If there is a secret, can anyone let me in on it? I tried everything I knew possible to no avail.
