Hey guys....I tried to rec a video mix today after installing 5.2.1 update, did not work

sys
Microsoft Wind XP
Proff
Ver 2002
Ser pac 3

AMD 64 Processor
3700+
2.21 GHz 2gb of Ram

I have the Xvid installed and chosen as the codec...when i go try to start the video rec a "Xvid Status" appears which I never had before....

worked prior to that...also noticed could not record mp3??

Any help is appreciated THANKS

Thanks I can rec mp3 now but still no vid recording...when I try to start rec vdj freezes and that "Xvid Status" window appears
