Topic: How can I turn off / on Auto Sync or Sync Lock ? & HC4500 - No More Gigaport...

Everyone once in a while at a wedding I managed to hit some keys that lock on my sync button? I have no idea how I do this and I can not get it off without shutting down VDJ?

Can someone please tell me how to toggle auto sync or Sync Lock?? ( when the sync botton stays on and when you click it it will not go off )

Additionally, I just installed my Denon HC4500. One word. Amazing... Love it. Can not believe I went so long without it. works flawless with VDJ with or without the custom mapper. AND .....

THE SOUND IS MUCH BETTER than my old Gigaport AG. I hear much more sound separation and an overall CLEANER sound plus I have more headroom.

An excellent compliment to VDJ.

If you are using the HC4500 custom mapper, press CONTINUE + TAP to turn beatlock on/off on each deck.
 
I am using the dmc 2 how do I turn it off???
 
Press TAB on your keyboard to choose the appropriate deck, then press SHIFT+B
 
I have tried all of it and My Deck B still auto mixes and its really annoying, I also use the Dennon HC4500 When I had the older verson of it it never did it
 
Another possibility is that you have smart play turned on. On the default v7 skin, check that the padlock just above the PLAY button is not lit up orange (If so, click on it to turn it off.)
 
I would get a sync locked and had to shutdown before.. what was happening was when i would serch for a song, i didnt put the curser in the browser bar, if i hit the letter (B). it work lock the sinc.. I might of been shift+B. then if i did Shift+B again. it would turn it off
 
im using the ns7 and my headphones are not working also
 
The beatlock is not the problem. It is the auto pitch matching. Turn it to smart.

then click on auto pitch matching until it says smart!! Have fun mixing
 
I do not use the HC4500, just VDJ Pro with Numark MixTrack Pro. with I use the cross fader to transition to the next track the BPM will change to the prior track. I do not have any of the pad lock images illuminating yellow. What next?
