Hi i am just an old mobile DJ fro the 80s reliving my good times, but as a hobby some thing to do on a wet Sunday afternoon, and now that I have some spare cash in my pocket i have reset up my DJing rig hard ware with two record decks / CD decks. and also that i love messing around on the computer im playing with VIRTUAL DJ ( V7.0) now. i have a self build computer with a 3.2Ghz 4 core processor running windows 7 pro with two screens, one 4x3 touch and the other 16x9. I am using the hardware Hercules dj console Rmx to control the decks when im away from the comp screen ( normally laying back on the settee ) hehe. the whole set up is build in to a 19" rack with side table. ( it takes up most of the corner of the room.) Sadly iam able to do this in my front room, as my wife died of cancer two years ago, and im in my fifties. my wife always intend to re do the disco set up that i had when we meet but we did not have the time or money then. this give me some thing to do with my spare time, and not watching crape TV show that they put on now. for the none talented. !!!!! I am having a go at recreating new skins witch is fun ???????? |
