I have been a DJ since 1972. I got my first paying gig in junior high school. Yes I am getting old!! Over the years I have performed at just about every kind of function you can think of and many locations including Las Vegas. Today I own and operate an electrical contracting business. This is my way of making a living.
I still DJ from time to time. Mostly for charity work like the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as my wife has MS. I ocassionaly promote and produce various shows.
I have worked with and trained many great DJs and recommend many of them to former and future cleints. I am fortunate that I have a lot of great talented friends.
I am considering increasing my DJ bookings as I get a little older. There is a hugh group of people out there in my age bracket and it will be fun digging out all the great 70s & 80s tracks I used to play in most of the clubs in South Jersey back in the day.
I have always been a DJ for the enjoyment of it. I still have a lot of party left in me. Let me know your story.
Keep spinning the tunes (you have to be my age to remember the term "spinning"). Yes real records.
