To play FLAC files on Virtual DJ go here http://www.xiph.org/dshow/ and install the Codec.

After the installation open Virtual DJ and go in CONFIG -> Codecs -> Add...
Extension: flac
Decoder: General Windows MediaPlayer audio decoder
