I mix with VirtualDJ in Windows XP and in Mac OS.

As a beta tester for Hercules DJ Console series since first DJ Console, I have tested up to now:
- DJ Console Mk1
- DJ Console Mk2
- DJ Console Mk4
- DJ Control MP3
- DJ Control MP3 e2
- DJ Console Rmx
- DJ Control Steel
- DeeJay TRIM 4&6

“Error in the Sound Driver” / DJ Console Rmx + VirtualDJ DJC 5 / Mac OS

This error message occurs in VirtualDJ DJC 5 in Mac OS 10.5.7 and Mac OS 10.5.8 with DJ Console Rmx.

You must update your DJ Console Rmx Mac OS driver from Hercules tech support website
http://ts.hercules.com/eng/
- Click on 'Updates and downloads' and go to the download section
- Select 'Sound Cards' as Product genre > 'DJ Controller" as product family > 'DJ Console Rmx' as product > 'Drivers' as link and download the last Mac OS driver version.

Direct link for driver package 1.48: ftp://ftp.hercules.com/pub/webupdate/DJCSeries/DJSeriesInstall_1_48.pkg.zip
Further driver package for Mac OS will also solve this issue.

Ce message d'erreur apparaît au lancement de VirtualDJ DJC 5 sous Mac OS 10.5.7 et 10.5.8 avec la DJ Console Rmx.

- Cliquez sur 'Mise a jour et téléchargement' et allez à la section téléchargement
- Choisissez "Carte Audio' comme genre > 'Contrôleur DJ' comme famille > 'DJ Console Rmx' comme produit > 'Pilotes' comme lien et téléchargez le dernier driver disponible pour Mac OS.
