If you are experiencing technical support and need assistance please install TeamViewer for the instant customer. Then call 323 446 2295

Go to www.teamviewer.com

Just above the ladies head it says Download, click this. On the next page scroll to about the middle of the page. Here you will see "For the instant customer: TeamViewer QuickSupport". Below this text you will see 2 icons. An apple and a windows icon. Click the appropriate file and "RUN" the software.

You will be provided with an ID and Password. Give this to me when you call.
