ok, i cant seem to get this site to sell me a copy of VDJ..... im using my credit card... entering my address (does it matter its an APO address??) and i get error codes.... i have tried 6-8 times over the past few weeks and it never goes through....
im having the hardest time getting my DJ setup.... i went to zzounds.com and bought a total control package that was supposed to have Cue 5 in it, and all i got was the total control (broken), the sound card, and Traktor LE.... no cue 5 as advertised... so that had to go back to the store....
im located in germany with the military so i cant just walk into any store and pick this stuff up off the shelf....

Hi,
Sorry you are having a problem like this.
The problem is the processor's fraud perameters sees the card billing address and your current ip location don't match.
We usually have to manually process these transactions.
If you fill out an eservice ticket we can get this done quickly.
Please include the swreg invoice number or email used to purchase so we can track it on their server.
