Forum: PC Version Technical Support - Topic: Time Stretch / Compress

Ok so I've just bought Virtual Vinyl. I had some problems getting it set up initially, but it seems to be working fine now. I'd tried and tested Virtual DJ before just to get a feel for the program so this is what leads me to think this is a bug, or a setting gone wrong somewhere on VV.

When I have my TCV's playing and I drop the next record in, every now and then I'll have to nudge, or hold the record back just a little bit to keep the beats matched. For some reason, when I hold the record back the waveform stretches away out, and when I give it a little nudge forward, it compresses. 9 times out of 10 it goes back to normal and is bang on beat as it should be, but every now and then it knocks the beats way off course.

Now, I can't risk this happening when I'm performing live. Anyone got any ideas about a setting I might have wrong or something?
