Hi, I am totally new to DJing and I just bought the total DJ in a box which includes the io box for a mic and headphones. However, in the booklet it says I need to run my output through output one, which I am doing but the mic sounds terrible and really low, even on full volume and the recording is not inluding my voice when I play it back? any thoughts would be great.

Hi
You should have MIC boost option in Windows Control Panel>Sounds, try to increase Volume for the MIC. I am using MIC via external Hardware mixer which is the best option.
