if my screen gets shut, or someone presses the screen closed sensor. The only way i can get the display to show back up, is by pressing control alt delete a bunch of times, the power button a bunch of times, then the screen closed sensor a bunch of times? Anyone had this happen? Im seriously thinking of busting that sensor off

Not sure what you mean....

Screen saver? or power management for screen? You can turn both off

power management is set to screen always on, screensaver is set to off.

Like if i close the lid on my laptop. Then open it. The screen does not turn back on, it does sometimes, and not others. This problem is more if i just touch the button that gets pressed by the screen being closed by accident.

In order to get the screen to turn back on. I have to hit control alt delete a bunch of times, then the power button a bunch of times, then open and close the lid and it will come back on to the lock screen.

That is most likely a video driver problem, try to update. Turn off in Power Management the Lid to "nothing".
