When i go to video effect in the browser text2d is there but when i hi-light it nothing happens

When you downloaded in video effects folder. Did you unzip it by right clicking to run.

sorry for coming in fatkatz, are you activating the text2d box first befiore attempting to use it? an oversight done by many of us at one time or another
