Virtual DJ Performances setup right to have good sound with console setted in "Use Jogs for scratch" mode

Internal mixer mode (Standard use with Headphone connected to the Console)

External mixer mode (With Headphone connected to an external mixer)

Go in option and select Crossfader > Disabled
Now if crossfader is linked to video you can use only to crossfade the video but no audio.
Step 3 (Set "Use External mixer" in english)
Ps. Any restart of Virtual DJ require a new External mixer selection into the Hercules MK2 panel.

How to improve latency for Time Code use
Donwload and install Asio4All universal ASIO driver from http://www.asio4all.com
Set Virtual DJ Sound Setup option like this image then click on Asio config button
Into Asio4All window select Hercules MK2, click enable and set Asio Buffer size to 128 Samples then click close window.
After this go to the Performance tab in Virtual DJ Option and choose Latency 128 (2ms) then click Ok.

sorry but 2007_CMK2_2 isn't for win xp!
i had tested new drivers 1.cmk2.2007 & 2.cmk2.2007 in windows xp with my hercules mk2
end i had the same problems!
with jog, headphones, end general....
with old drivers 2006 the mk2 work rightly!
after upgrade to drivers 2007, the firmware is 13.6.
with drivers 2006 the firmware is 12.6
in website of hercules, says 13.7!
why??
with drivers 2007, the jog without "overlock" not work normaly
but with drivers 2006 work, with "overlock" end without "overclock"!
why?

can you please explain if I can scroll through files and select a track to load using my Console. Is there anywhere a set of instruction as to how to download mapper? |

for some odd reason on my hercules console. I cant hear anything when i switch between deck a and deck b. I can only hear when i put it on mix and when its on split only the right side plays. |

heya,,,just a quick question.. i think my mk2 is starting to malfunction as a soundcard.. As a hardware it still werk greats but as i use it as a a main controller n mixer , whenever i hear tru the headphone input..it sound really bad. very distorted n noisy.. ( this applies to deck a, deck b, mix n split mode).. This really pissed me off. I had this MK2 for a year plus n not really sure how to sent it for repair. This started recently after i download the 2007 drivers, which later i decided to switch back to the 2006 drivers. So any ideas? |

if you turn the volume up to much on the headphone it can distort how high is it set? |

btw .. y is it. if i want to use the asio4all now on my mk2 , it is always beyond logic.? how to trouble shoot that.. I have checked setting on my system and it is ok and not assign mk2 to use for other software , even for midi i don use the ms gs software wavetable syth, When i use the 2006 driver i can always overcame that n no problem .Now i reinstalled again the 2007 driver. , hence another problem arise again. How do i go from here?Thanks
