Contrary to what has been said in these pages, not all music obeys rules. The scene would be pretty boring if it did. Generally music played by people does not have a constant BPM unless thay used a drum machine, metronome or a click-track during recording. Some musos, as well as some DJs, are not trying to maintain a fixed BPM. Mixing these tracks will be a bit more "interesting". If you are mashing or crossfading just cross quickly after beat-matching. Use your phones to preview- it could be as challenging as using real decks!
