What is a good way do use samples during mixing? For example I play sample on 1-st beat of 4,8 or 16-th. What is your opinion?

up to speed... if the song fast you can use it on every 8-th (rave, goa) otherwise every 4th (in this case the public will not forget the effect). You'll feel it don't worry just practice it!

Well, I think there are no real "rules". It depends from situation to situation, from song to song. Just try to feel the groove, don't use to much samples and look at the crowd, to see how they react. If the aren't enthousiast, just stop the samples ;-). You've got to try to feel where you can sample in the song.
Maybe I explained wrong what I mean. Sorry about that, but it's my English...
