Since I am only 15, I cannot afford very expensive headphones, but I've found that my now $50 headphones (they were $30 when I bought them) which are sony studio monitor mdr-v300 headphones work perfectly. The ability to fold and move the ear cups is very convenient for gigs.

I use those Silver Snoy MDr V700DJ headphones. And since I bought 'em all my friends have gone out and got 'em. There that good! I reckon that you need the best quality headphones you can get. Afterall, if you can't hear the music, what good are you....

I had some Reloop, but they were crap. Now I bought the Technics RPDJ-1200 some time ago and they´re great!

minsitry of sound dj001, very similar to the sonys but have a bit smoother midrange sound and are a bit lighter

i got them cuz they have a switch to convert both ears to mono which helps on some tracks which have to much stereo effects to be able to mix well
