Now forgive me if I am wrong, but sic usually means 'Spelling Is Correct' to point out that a mispelling has been left as is, and not edited.
Can the Atomix team elaborate on this?
And may I recommend the following additions:

Not having a go, just trying to help. I speak Spanish as a second language, and, every time I make a mistake, a Spaniard happily corrects me. This helps me to learn and improve my grasp of the Spanish language.
