Hi all,

Does anyone had already tested VDJ2021 on the new Mac mini with M1 chipset and 8go Ram ?
Does it works properly ?

I actually use a Dell Inspiron 5400 with i7 11th generation, 16go ram and 512go SSD.
I face some sound scratch while playing music. It appears randomly. Every 20-30 minutes.
There are no other software on it. All drivers are updated.
I think it is an insolvable latency problem (it doesn’t change anything when I change the latency of the ddj1000)

VirtualDJ works on M1 yes.
Even built for M1 via the "universal binary" available running natively ARM

For the Dell you can check if its any background processes that checks / schedule things at intervals.
Been some user problems with stuff checking for updates, etc from Dell (and others) that interrupt low latency sound. https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/Audio-and-Video-make-buzzing-noise-stuttering-every-15-minutes/td-p/5109045

As well as just needing updated drivers such as for example:

And generally this tool can be good to pinpoint what causes issues:
