my numark ns7 isnt comunicating with virtual dj 2020 please help

Did you use the drop down in controller section? It is listed. Then Click apply.

Im having the same issue. Even after selecting the controller in the drop down menu. I thought I was supposed to be able to switch sound cards but cannot. Anyone else having a similar issue?
