I like the Auto Record - Waiting for sound to begin recording... a lot, however, it would be helpful if VDJ8 could have a setting that you can enable (disabled by default) when you want to stop recording the master output when no sound has been playing for 3, 5 and 10 seconds in the settings.
I know some VSTs have this capability set by some threshold you can manually set like -18.0dB or -23.0dB to execute a Start and a Stop. If VDJ could start recording then it should be able to stop recording. This would be useful for situations when you can't get to the record panel to manually hit stop and avoiding a very long recording of dead silence.
