hi, I purchued your product for my pioneer serato, now if I scratch it has a second delay before it starts scratching, what can I do?

What is the exact name of the controller?

I get the same delay while scratching. My controllers are DDJ-SR and DDJ-SZ

Are we talking about delay during scratching or a lag for the track to resume playback after you release the jog ? Because those are 2 different things.
If you get lag/delay in scratching in general, that's mostly a latency issue related to the USB buffer, meaning that you will have to reduce the latency to a value that your computer can handle (the lower the better) . Normally something around 5ms should be sufficient for scratching.
If you use an ASIO driver in your Audio setup you will have to do that from the ASIO Driver Utility of the manufacture (click on the ASIO button from the AUDIO tab in VirtualDJ)
If you use WASAPI (Windows driver) or you are on a Mac, this is done with the latency setting from VirtualDJ Settings (Options tab)
