I have a Denon MCX-8000 that was working just fine last week when I used it. This week, I get to my job yesterday and I cannot get VDJ (on my Mac) to recognize it as a sound card option. I used my backup equipment, today I set everything up and tried to troubleshoot. I tried an old Mixdeck I had lying around, it worked fine. I tried the USB cable from that Mixdeck on the MCX-8000, still not recognized. I tried the MCX-8000 on my backup PC laptop and VDJ didn't recognize it there either. Mix deck works fine on that machine as well. All signs seem to point to something being wrong with the MCX--8000, but can anyone shed some light on anything I may be missing here? Thanks!

Solved. Firmware was out of date.
