Topic: Cover Art created from a frame in the video file

In the sample editor you can use video preview to create a picture for your sample. Is there any way we can have the same function to use a clip from within a video file to create the cover art for that file. The most logical place for this would be in the preview window on the right hand side.

If there is already a way to do this let me know.
