For example, take the setting smartPlay. There are three values for this setting: Yes, No, Per decks. If I set the value from the Options & Tweaks window, the main UI is updated (I can see the small indicator at the bottom-right corner of the jogwheel changes immediately. However, if I select "Per decks" and then toggle the setting from the main UI, the checkbox is not checked/unchecked to reflect the current state until I close and re-open the Tweaks & Settings window.
Also, I don't understand the need for values Yes and No. Yes is the same as Per decks with all decks enabled. instead of it being a checkbox, it should be a small button that toggles all checkboxes, kind of like a macro. In practice "Yes/No" and "Per decks" are NOT mutually exclusive, and yet in the are presented as mutually exclusive options, which is confusing.
