Is it just the screens or more ?
BTW, you may need to ..
- restart your computer after driver installation
- Try different USB ports (especially test on both 2.0 and 3.0 - if available)
- Try a powered USB hub.

According to VDJ, the MCX8000 is supposed to work straight out of the box, once all the right software, driver, and firmware are all upto date, which it is.
Screens don't work as they should
LED's on each channel don't work or if they do, they sometimes stop at the peak.
Music plays but nothing on the screens most times, even when they do work they freeze.
Tried plugging in the USB cable before opening VDJ, no joy, also after opening VDJ and with on/off switch to the controller
VDJ knows the controller is there as both left and right boxes open up for the screens as does the soundcard.
NIGHTMARE! Coz I've read that most people running VDJ with the MCX8000 are doing so without too much of a problem, but for it not to work at all, or only just about working, it isn't what I imagined!
I COULD NOT RISK TAKING THIS ON THE ROAD.

Looks like your computer is struggling dealing with the sent data, or something wrong with the USB buffer.
What are your computer's specifications ?
Try a different USB cable too.

I've tried it on two different laptops with the same result.
I'm using the USB cable Denon supplied with the unit.
