Both work great.
The few times I've used them, I've done so in the master effect slot
You can store profiles with them, so you can go back to a specific eq setting when you return to a specific room for a gig

Actually i can see that i had downloaded it before, but like a lot of things with this software how do you get it to work? your screenshot is interesting, i do not see the eq on my software.

Note: It won't work if you are using external soundcard configurations like MC6000 Mk1, like Sandbox it's for software mixing only.
I agree it's not overly obviouls for those not familiar with using effects.

Go to the master tab, select it from the list then click the selected box to activate it. simple as that.

Got it to work but it seems even with default settings it was clipping

I've not used it in ages since I got rid of the Pioneer SX2 but I use -6 as standard these days.

It's a general setting for all master output from VDJ
Mine is usually set to -3db

I have the master output on 33% (which is probably irrelevant), but any slight movement on any frequency has a massive effect on the sound output. Please advise how I can limit the eq's effect so I have more headroom on the frequency sliders.
TIA

Dont know about the master output, but to get headroom you dont have to lower the volume that much (I have it set at 80%).
We could ask Scott that made the EQ if he could make it less sensitive, please ?
