Topic: Pioneer DDJ-SR2 Compatibility for VDJ - Page: 4

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am a physician. Host several party's at our house thru out the year. Used to hire DJs, then decided to just buy my own equipment which has been an interesting journey but fun. I really enjoy running the booth and having videos up on the TV makes it that much more enjoyable for our guests. Its turned itself in to a hobby which i did not expect. Lol.

I actually subscribed once to the video service that VDJ offers but the selection was very limited. You tube is limitless. Did not see any issue using that since I do this as a hobby..not for profit.

Why not look at the list of compatible controllers in the wiki?

You could also check to see if it's listed in VDJs config area.

The easiest way would be to simply plug in your hardware. If VDJ has native support then it will recognise the controller...

Yes it's supported. Check the list of supported controllers
However mapping and native support has nothing to do with skins. All skins work with all controllers and also without a controller
