Hi I've downloaded VDJ Pro 8. I am having issues with the software interface where the Master level volume, Headphone mix volume and Master levels do not move when the software is linked to my Pioneer DDJ SR controller. There's also no audio coming out of the controller headphone jack and no prelistening is available.
I'm a newbie to this so would appreciate some help here.

Check if your controller is correct activated in your audiosettings:
Settings > AUDIO > OUTPUT: Speaker+Headphone > CARD: your Controller > INPUT: Empty
Select beneath:
Outputs >> master and headphones with Asio or WASAPI
Settings > AUDIO > OUTPUT: Speaker+Headphone > CARD: your Controller > INPUT: Empty
Select beneath:
Outputs >> master and headphones with Asio or WASAPI

As mentioned in the manual https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjsr/mixer.html , the Master Volume and the Headphone Volume knobs on the DDJ-SR are "Hardware" meaning that they alter the level of those outputs, but dont send any MIDI/data to the computer, so VirtualDJ doesnt know their positions.
