Just bought a new laptop and when hooking the HDMI output to a splitter to go to 2 other monitors, 1 is clear and perfect, the other is not even close. its not the splitter cause when I hook up older pc everthing works perfectly. Any ideas are greatly appreciated

Are both monitors identical? If not, they need to both be set on the exact same resolution, or at least both be capable of receiving whatever resolution you have your output set to on your computer.

They are not. But this doesn't affect any of my other pc's. I have all resolution matching. The pic I uploaded shows what is going on.

I would not use a splitter to split the signals of HDMI. I use use multiplier like this one.
