I have a recording button and when i click it, it says it's recording but no where to record it to. No selections are shown like in the examples . I need help , please.

Click the cog at the top, then select the record tab on the left, then it will tell you where it is recording to and you can change it.

EDIT - Oh hang on, are you on 7? Just realised this is in the 7 forum
