Topic: I have paid for a membership and can't talk to Customer support to get my account set up correctly !!!!!

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have tried countless times to have someone contact me since I am paying monthly to Use Virtual DJ with my Mixdeck and I have not been given access to Virtual DJ 8 Serial numbers or codes to enable the software HELP!!! Or I will call my bank and contest all proceeds

What have you tried "countless times"?

All you do is log in to the software with the same username (or email address) and password that you used when making the purchase.

Atomix don't have phone support now, but you can submit a support ticket here:
