is there anything in pipeline to hook up with a service where music can be cached from a big library like pulselocker does with serato ???? especially when it comes to offline scenarios

Content Unlimited allows you to cache files for offline use.

Yeah, but he said "from a big library" :-)

He also did say Pulselocker :)
Both are based on Promo Only licenses.
I think Pulselocker and CU (iDJPool) are about the same. A few million tracks - a lot of them remixes.
Pulselocker has a little more older music, but also a lot of covers
It's hard to tell exactly, but that's what it felt like last time I tested it

Of course Spotify and Deezer have more content. A lot more
But they can't be cached, and then there are all the questions about using their content in public

I agree about Pulselocker - unless it's changed recently, being able to find what you want is difficult.

As you say, lots of cover versions (and last time I trialled it) no way of seeing that they were cover versions. Also the search was really bad. Even if you were very specific, the actual track may have been number 15 or 20 in the results.

It really surprises me that Serato, Pioneer etc signed up for it. Did they not try it themselves first?

I was a little strange...

That being said, I wouldn't mind for it to be integrated into VDJ.
That would be just another option to choose from
And people who like it wouldn't need to go to other SW
