I recently purchased this pioneer ddj ergo controller which come with virtual dj Le but cannot find my serial to unlock my controller rendering it useless can this be found anywhere in the files in the Cd all help will be greatly appreciated I will only be using this for home use

You will need to contact the seller.
First, if the controller is used then the seller has probably already registered the software - in which case you can't use it.
Second, if the seller has not registered the software already, then they should still have (and should supply you with) the serial number.

There are 3 possible places to look for the VirtualDJ LE Keycode/serial (looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX/ERGO)
- On the sleeve of the original LE Disc
- On the bottom of the controller on a sticker
- On a separate card inside the box.
If not there, as previously mentioned, you will need to contact with the seller.
