Everything was working good until this past Monday. when I started Virtual DJ I was prompted to download an update which I did. MISTAKE! I lost my line inputs completely. I followed your previous instructions on reinstalling Virtual with a backed up data folder. After restart with the reinstall the problem is still there. I tried DJUCED40 software today and Line inputs are all working fine on the Hercules so the problem is definitely with the software update. If you do not allow for an option to save your previous working install before updating to a new release, this is very bad. I hope the reason that AUTOMIX is not responding back to me is that they are fixing the problem.
