Hey everyone, I am looking for the playlist fixer, is it still relevant for vdj 8 and if not what do you do to when you need to add a new external hard drive to reconnect to all the wait lists and things

I'm not sure I understand your question, but when it comes to adding a new HD, you can just connect the new HD and right+click on it in VDJ browser: HD[root folder]>Batch>Add to Search DB.

Hi, I got VDJ8 and I've just installed Playlist Fixer: it seems it's taking a lot to do its work. Must say I have almost 30.000 song in my HD but will it take - like - hours?
Thanks

This tool is for VDJ 7, and not for 8.
8 uses a completely different approach of handling playlists and virtual folders.

Even if it is running, it might only change your old v7 database (if any is available).

Thamks PachN.
Do you (or any other user here) know another tool to avoid editing each and every playlist or history .m3u file?
