Today I got a message asking if i wanted to install and use an available update for my Virtual DJ. I accepted. After updating to version v8.2 b3409 and after restarting my computer all my settings are lost: shortcuts, controllers, options, tweaks, key assignments. Everything is put back into default, including the mixing screen. I had changed a lot of things and that has cost me a lot of time. During the previous updates, all this information was stored and automaticly loaded after the update. But not this time!
Can anybody help me? Is there any file that holds all my settings that I might be able to restore?

I think that most of it is in the settings.xml file in /documents/virtualdj/.
Your database.xml file in the same folder holds the info for all the tracks.
And skins, effects, playlists, history, samples and so on should be in the sub folders and ready to use
Changes to mappings should be in the xml files in the mappers sub folder. If you lost those too, you should probably also try to revert that folder
