Cant install any of the skins and master effects after they are downloaded from the VDJ site...tried reinstalling VDJ 8.2 same issues

why not? when you are downloading and opening a skin file, its not installing? tried it here and it works fine

If you're on mac:
Open file from finder with second klick or deactivate your gatekeeper.

I cannot explain why this is happening Ive never had this issue before.
Ive deleted previous downloads, reinstalled vdj8 3 times, tried downloading skins etc numerous times, and when opening them for install get a loading error message.
No Im on windows

try right click and run as administrator.

thanks.....that seems to have solved the problem
